B2B company data you keep, priced per record
22 fields per company, delivered as a CSV and an Excel file that are yours. No platform to log into, no seat licence, no annual commitment — €0.07 per record and a €5 minimum.
40 real results · no account · no payment
A file, not a platform
The output is a spreadsheet. Load it into your CRM, your warehouse or your outreach tool. There is no export limit, because there is no platform to be locked inside.
Priced per record, not per seat
You pay for the records you take. Nobody is charged for having an account, and adding a colleague costs nothing at all.
Collected when you ask for it
Records are built when the search runs, from the companies' own websites, rather than served from a stored snapshot whose age nobody will state.
Real fill rates, printed
The sample publishes how often each field is actually present, right next to the rows you can count them in. You decide whether that fits before you spend anything.
The 22 fields
Name · full address, street, city, postcode, municipality and country · three phone fields · the email found on the company's own website · website and domain · two category labels · Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram and YouTube · Chamber of Commerce number · VAT number. The same 22 columns in the same order in every export, as both CSV and Excel.
What it costs
€0.07 per business, bought as credits. The smallest top-up is €5, which is about 71 results. Larger purchases carry bonus credits, and credits never expire — spend them across as many searches as you like. Nothing renews and there is nothing to cancel.
Pricing →What this is not
Stated plainly, because two of these are the reason someone would otherwise arrive here from the wrong search.
- Not an enrichment service. This finds companies from an industry and a set of cities. It does not take a list you already have and fill in its blanks.
- Not person-level data. The records describe companies, and the contact details are the ones those companies publish about themselves.
- Not manually verified. Fields are read from live sources at search time and published with their real fill rates, rather than behind a claimed accuracy percentage nobody can check.
Questions people ask before buying
What format does it come in?
CSV and Excel, both generated the moment a search completes, with the same 22 columns in the same order every time. The files are UTF-8 with a byte-order mark, so accented characters survive being opened in Excel on Windows.
Is this an enrichment tool?
No, and it is the most common reason someone lands here by mistake. DataFacilitator discovers companies from an industry and a list of cities. If you already have a list and want its missing columns filled in, this is not the tool for that.
How current is the data?
Each record is built while your search runs, by reading the company's own website at that moment. There is no stored database with a refresh date, because there is no stored database.
What may I do with the file?
You keep it. What you may lawfully do with business contact details depends on the data-protection rules where you operate — the terms and the privacy policy set out what this data is and the basis it is collected on.
Count the fills yourself
The sample is 40 real records with its own fill rates beside them. Download it, check the columns you actually need, and decide from there.
