What you are not charged for
Results with no phone, email or website
Removed and refunded automatically while website visits are on, as they are by default.
Duplicate listings in one search
When two listings in one search share two details, such as the website and the street address, the duplicate is removed and refunded.
Listings you already bought
Not charged again in a later search, even if you deleted the earlier one.

Pricing questions
Is there a subscription?
No. You buy credits when you need them and nothing renews. There are no plans, no seats and nothing to cancel.
Do credits expire?
No. Unused credits stay on your account until you spend them.
Do prices include VAT?
No, prices exclude VAT. DataFacilitator sells to businesses only.
How do I keep a search within budget?
A search stops when your balance runs out, and you can set a maximum number of results before you launch it. You can also stop it at any time and keep everything it has found.
