Referral program
Introduce someone to DataFacilitator and earn 10% of everything they ever spend — for as long as they keep buying.
// how to join
Send us your business and payout details and tell us briefly who you expect to refer. We read every application personally, so give us a couple of working days. If it is a fit we will email you a referral link and confirm your details before anything is paid out.
10% of everything they spend, not just their first purchase
When someone you referred buys credits, 10% of what they paid comes to you. That applies to every purchase they ever make, not only the first one. There is no cap on how much a single customer can earn you and no expiry date on the arrangement — if they are still buying credits in three years, you are still being paid on it.
What the 10% is calculated on
It is 10% of the amount actually paid for credits, before VAT. It is not calculated on the credits themselves, so volume bonuses do not change what you earn — a customer who pays €500 and receives bonus credits on top still earns you €50. Nothing else on the account earns commission, because credits are the only thing anyone pays for.
The people you refer start with free credits
Anyone who signs up through your link and confirms their email address gets 700 credits — 100 business results, at no cost and with no card needed. That is the thing worth saying when you recommend us: they can run a real search, judge the data themselves, and decide afterwards. You earn nothing on those free credits, because nobody paid for them; your 10% starts the first time they buy.
A worked example
You refer a recruitment agency. They start small with €50 to test the data, which earns you €5. It works for them, so they come back and load €500 the following month — another €50 to you. They settle into buying €500 of credits a quarter. That is €200 a year, every year they keep going, from one introduction you made once.
One referrer per customer, fixed when they sign up
A customer is linked to whoever referred them at the moment they create their account, and that link does not move afterwards. If two people both mention us to the same company, the referral belongs to the one whose link they actually signed up through. We cannot reassign it later, so it is worth making sure your own link is the one they use.
When you get paid
Commission is totalled monthly and paid out once your balance reaches €50, by bank transfer, in euros. If you are below the threshold the balance rolls over to the next month rather than being lost. You will need to send us an invoice for the amount, and if your business is VAT-registered that invoice should include VAT at the applicable rate.
What does not earn commission
Referring yourself, a second account you control, or a company you are part of. Customers who already had an account with us before you referred them. And anything that gets reversed — if a payment is charged back or refunded, the commission on it is deducted from your next payout. In practice this is rare, since credit purchases are final once made.
How you may promote us
Write about us, recommend us to clients, mention us in a newsletter, put us in a comparison — all fine. What is not fine: unsolicited bulk email, posting your link across forums and comment sections, bidding on “DataFacilitator” or misspellings of it in paid search, presenting yourself as us, or making claims about the data we do not make ourselves. We never promise a number of results or that a given use is lawful, and neither should you. If you break these rules we may end the arrangement and withhold commission arising from the conduct in question.
You introduce, you don't represent us
You are an independent business making introductions, not our agent, employee, partner or representative. You have no authority to negotiate, agree prices, make commitments, sign anything or accept money on our behalf, and you are under no obligation to promote us at all — refer nobody for a year and nothing is owed in either direction. Every customer contracts with us directly, on our terms.
The programme is for registered businesses
You need to be a registered business with a Chamber of Commerce or trade register number to take part, because commission is paid against an invoice. If you are not registered, we cannot pay you.
Tax is yours to handle
Commission is income. You are responsible for declaring it and for any tax or VAT owed on it in your own country. We do not withhold anything, and we cannot advise you on your position — if you are unsure, ask your accountant before you start.
If the terms change, your existing customers keep their rate
We may adjust or end the programme, with 30 days' notice by email. A change to the rate applies only to customers you refer after it takes effect — everyone already signed up through your link keeps earning you the rate that applied when they joined, for as long as they keep buying. That is what makes “lifetime” mean something rather than being a figure we could quietly cut later. Everything here sits alongside our Terms of service rather than replacing them.
